Due to technological developments in minimally invasive surgery, two different techniques have recently come to the fore. One is Micromotor Rhinoplasty<\/a> and the other is Piezzo (Ultrasonic) Rhinoplasty. The goal of both techniques is to achieve higher success rates in nose surgery through micro-interventions. These techniques were developed as alternatives to traditional surgical instruments such as scalpels and files, enabling surgery to be performed using vibration methods. The use of ultrasonic waves in rhinoplasty was first introduced in surgical procedures related to oral and dental health. This technique, which allows intervention in the nose using the vibrations created by sound waves, enables the nasal bone to be reshaped without breaking it. Since it allows the operation to be performed without damaging soft tissues, there is no risk of wounds or bleeding. Since there is no soft tissue damage, the risk of bruising and swelling after rhinoplasty is also low. As a result, the patient’s recovery period is much easier and faster. <\/span><\/p>

Piezzo (ultrasonic) rhinoplasty minimises the risk of damage to the soft tissues, nerves, blood vessels and mucosa found in the natural structure of the nose during surgery. With this device, linear and minimal incisions can be made while mucosal damage is kept under control. The most basic feature of the device is that it allows the surgeon to work more precisely and perform procedures more quickly. It features a touchscreen and a multi-functional foot pedal for easy adjustment settings, ensuring full control throughout the surgical procedure. Ultrasonic power generators, electronic modules, handpieces, and tips provide flexibility to the surgeon while offering the patient a faster and easier recovery process with minimal damage. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Micromotor rhinoplasty is one of the non-invasive nose aesthetic techniques. This technique allows for precise intervention on deformities in the nasal bone using fine tips averaging 2 mm in diameter attached to a micromotor device. <\/span><\/p>

Traditional techniques involved using chisels and hammers to address issues such as the arch, width, and size of the nasal bone. The use of files did not allow the surgeon to work with the necessary precision. With the micromotor technique, it is possible to intervene without applying any force to the nasal bone using fine tips. Millimetric adjustments can be made to the nasal bone. <\/span><\/p>

Thanks to precision instruments, work can be carried out with millimetric accuracy, preventing damage to soft tissue. This also reduces the risk of bleeding and swelling. As a result, the healing process is more comfortable and faster. <\/span><\/p>

Micromotor rhinoplasty and Piezzo (ultrasonic) rhinoplasty <\/a>offer the opportunity to correct bone deformities without applying any breaking procedures to the nose. In addition, the ability to perform millimetric corrections with precision ensures that nose aesthetic surgeries are more successful.
