Si la gl\u00e1ndula lagrimal est\u00e1 fl\u00e1cida, se eleva. Se cierra la piel con suturas reabsorbibles y se completa el procedimiento.    <\/p><p>En la cirug\u00eda de p\u00e1rpados inferiores, primero se adormece el p\u00e1rpado inferior con anestesia local. Se levantan la piel y el m\u00fasculo. Se accede a las bolsas de grasa interna, media y externa, y se extraen algunas de las bolsas de grasa herniadas. A continuaci\u00f3n, se retira parte del exceso de m\u00fasculo y piel. Esto permite la eliminaci\u00f3n o reubicaci\u00f3n de dep\u00f3sitos de grasa, la reafirmaci\u00f3n muscular y la eliminaci\u00f3n del exceso de piel. <\/p><p>Las afecciones del p\u00e1rpado inferior se pueden corregir mediante una incisi\u00f3n justo debajo de la l\u00ednea de las pesta\u00f1as inferiores. Esta incisi\u00f3n elimina el exceso de piel del p\u00e1rpado inferior. El exceso de grasa tambi\u00e9n se puede reposicionar o eliminar.  <\/p><p>Una incisi\u00f3n transconjuntival, realizada en la cara interna del p\u00e1rpado inferior, es una t\u00e9cnica alternativa para corregir afecciones del p\u00e1rpado inferior y redistribuir o eliminar el exceso de grasa.
