When we think of aesthetics, women come to mind, but with the increasing ease of aesthetic procedures and the ability to achieve more natural results, men have also begun to take their share of aesthetic surgeries. Of course, they are still not as fond of these operations as women are.
The most common cosmetic surgery performed on men is rhinoplasty. Because the nose is the focal point of the face, men are as keen on this cosmetic surgery as women.
On the other hand, one of the main reasons men visit doctors is for breast aesthetics.

Sagging breasts in men are not very attractive, just like in women. For this reason, men may experience self-confidence issues due to various reasons related to their enlarged breasts.
There are many reasons for male breast aesthetics. The most common of these is growth due to obesity. The breast, which is already fatty tissue, also receives its share of the calories consumed by the body.
Another reason is hormonal causes. If a man has high levels of oestrogen and progesterone hormones, breast growth may occur. Similarly, certain illnesses or medications can also cause breast growth.
Breast reduction surgery, which takes an average of one hour, is a procedure that can be performed under general or local anaesthesia, allowing you to return to your normal life within a few days. The likelihood of sagging breasts after surgery is much lower, as men’s skin is much tighter. On the other hand, if you do not gain excessive weight, you will not encounter the same appearance again.
During the post-operative period, it is advisable to refrain from activities that actively use the chest muscles, such as tennis and swimming, for a while. You can prevent any pain that may occur with a painkiller recommended by your doctor. However, these are minor details that will not affect your daily life.
Of course, men’s only dream is not to have flat chests. Another passion of theirs is to have “adonis muscles”. Before resorting to cosmetic surgery to achieve these adonis muscles, it would be much more sensible to exercise. But if you want to achieve muscular chests without exercising, you can also achieve your goal with implants that can be placed inside the chest.
