Rhinoplasty without breaking

With the closed rhinoplasty method without breaking, the nasal arch can be removed without the use of hammers and similar cutting tools. In closed rhinoplasty surgeries performed with the micromotor method supported by video endoscopy, the use of hammers and cutting instruments in the nose is not mandatory. While it becomes easier to give the desired shape to the nasal bone, uncontrolled fractures are prevented. Since the damage, fractures and cracks are minimized, edema, bruising and bleeding that may occur in the patient are also much less.
